2015 has been an exciting year for those who invested in Fort Bonifacio Global City. We have assisted and helped several unit owners during their turnover and acceptance of new condo units in Red Oak (an Ayala project facing SM Aura); the much awaited Beaufort (west tower); the East Tower at Serendra1 (sharing amenities with Serendra 1 compound) and the 8 Forbestown Road (finally apartments with balconies with full view of the Golf Club).
The opening of Eight Forbes Town Road, with its ground floor commercial spaces, was actually welcome by all residents in west Fort Bonifacio and Burgos Circle area, since it filled the needs of a supermarket and hardware store.
