Penhurst Parkplace – A residential condominium buiding with 2BR and 3BR apartments open for short and long term rentals, located 1 block further than the previous ones in the list
Bonifacio Ridge – Fronting Penhurst, Bonifacio Ridge is currently the nearest Ayala residential condominium to St. Luke’s. It offers 2BR+den condo apartment for long term rentals
